Job description :
The Senior Injection Mold Process Engineer is responsible for supporting process reliability for Solaria’s injection molding operations and performing direct (hands-on) troubleshooting and process improvement through root-cause analysis and elimination in the molding processes. He manages process improvement projects including determining project scope and resource needs, establishing mold and equipment specifications, and developing and executing validation protocols. He must have the ability to do cost analysis for various types of injection molding and plastic materials. He also ensures compliance/improvement of business systems in manufacturing. This position interacts with numerous functional levels within the facility, suppliers, and other stake holders. |

Qualifications :
* Male
* 25 - 35 yrs. Old.
* Minimum Bachelors degree in Engineering, Plastics, or Scientific field
* Basic understanding of pneumatics, refrigeration, plastic extruder & 3 phase motor.
* Minimum 5 years in a plastics manufacturing environment, including operation of molding machines in the 200-500 ton range
* Thorough understanding of injection molding principles
* Hands on experience or knowledge in running and setting robots, mtc and other injection molding auxiliary equipments.
* Experience in statistical process control and other similar quality improvement methodologies and techniques
* Ability to analyze, diagnose and correct plastics defects.
* Basic knowledge on common plastics properties and behavior.
* With good moral character and lots of creativity.
* Team player and willing to work shifting and can work with less supervision.
* Knowledge with environmental & pollution control and safety is also a plus
