Qualifications:
*
Between 30 - 45 years old
*
Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resource Management
*
With at least five (3) years HR experience specifically in the areas of recruitment, payroll and salary administration as well as direct management of people and work scheduling
*
Must have strong leadership qualities, organizational and interpersonal skills
*
Must have a high energy level and highly adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
*
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
