Provides full support to the Human Resources in areas of Human Resources Management particularly in recruitment & selection, hiring and termination. In-charge in sourcing and screening of applicants, administering psychological exams and follow the usual recruitment and hiring procedures (medical, background/reference checks, compliance of pre-employment requirements etc.)

Qualifications :
Qualifications:
* Graduate of BS Degree in Psychology
* Must have at least 2 years of working experience in the field of manufacturing, fast food chains and real estates
* Excellent in Presentation, Oral and Written Skills
* Self-motivated and has initiative, able to manage multi-tasking, Flexible and Adaptable
* Excellent human relations and people handling skills and able to build relationship with people of diverse background and different positions.
* Self-driven, detail-oriented, highly organized and a strong team player.
