Job description :
The HR Supervisor shall act as the team leader of the recruitment and training section of the company. He/She shall be primarily responsible for the efficient placement of manpower for the company’s temporary and permanent human resource requirements. He/She shall also be responsible in orienting the newly hired employees of the company. Furthermore, he/she ensure effective implementation and consistent application of the company’s recruitment & employment policies and programs and compliance with external and internal regulatory requirements.
 
Qualifications :
Qualifications: • At least 1 year of recruitment and training experience • Experience in psychological test administration and interpretation • Experience in targeted selection and conducting interviews • Exposure to training coordination and facilitation • Strong business writing skills • Strong computer and internet research skills
