Job description :
Job Responsibilities:
* Facilitate the recruitment and talent retention programs in concert with HR and functional Operations Managers
* Manage facilities and infrastructure expansion requirements
* Liaison between our captive entity and local external 3rd parties
* Oversee budget / finance; payroll; human resources, etc.
* Develop a dynamic, team-oriented culture
* Work with global operations managers to ensure that best practices are being implemented
* Function cohesively with headquarters in New York on implementing major decisions and helping them understand the local operations
* Provide expertise/support throughout all stages of the start-up

Qualifications :
Job Requirements:
* A pro-active, enthusiastic, self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and creative nature
* Excellent communication (written and oral), organization, and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to the timely completion of tasks
* 7 – 10 years of management experience. Preference given to candidates who have worked for an MNC or a US headquartered organization
* Flexibility in schedule to participate on calls with global managers during evening hours
* Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
