Job description :
The General Manager is the chief administrative officer of Group of Companies and its subsidiaries and directs and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the organization which is divided into operations, logistics, finance, production, sales, and other departments, in which case the general manager is in-charge of all departments. The General Manager directly reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). |

Qualifications :
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a General Manager, or similar capacity in the Food Manufacturing and Retail Industry.
2. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in business management, planning and financial oversight.
3. A minimum of three (3) years of experience working with a board of directors and committees.
4. A minimum of Bachelor’s or College Degree, although a Masteral Degree would be an Advantage.
