Job Role:
* Team Development - hire, train, manage and develop the Business Development Support Team
* Five roles will be reporting to this manager, should be able to mento all five roles at a high level.
* Will support the US and EU teams with detailed analysis of market data.
* Will support the channel managers in all organizational tasks.
* Will support the US and EU based Commercial Sales Specialists with presentation preparation
* Will support the Commercial Alliance team with research on partners

Qualifications :
Qualifications:
* BA/BS graduate or equivalent experience required
* MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred
* Minimum 5 years experience in a data and administration heavy position with experience working for multinational companies
* Minimum 4 years supervisory experience
* Strong experience building a team of contributors
* Exceptional analytical and presentation skills, organizational and administrative skills
* Strong customer service orientation and demonstrated experience working effectively in a diverse and fast paced environment
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functional business organizations
* Heave use of MS Office, MS Project and MS Map Point
