Qualifications:
• University degree/diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (MBA).
• More than 5 years of experience as Plant Manager.
• Manufacturing experience in sheet metal is preferred.
• Strong execution ability ands good leadership with hands-on management style.
• Can manage all day-to-day operations of the plant including training, testing, safety and environmental compliance.
• Responsible for coordinating and supervising all necessary functions to ensure efficient and reliable operation such that optimum production standards and specifications are maintained.
• Can conduct staff training and the compilation and submission of various monthly reports.
• Good interpersonal, planning and organizational skills.
