Job description :
• -Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering, Business Management or any related course
• -Has at least 4 years of experience on successfully managing a sales team involved in selling/marketing computer hardware (preferably) catering to medium-to-large companies (employees)
• -Preferably has good working relationships with key customers and business partners in the IT industry
• -Able to manage a sales team – analyze, plan, monitor, motivate, inspire, train, discipline, lead/ equally important – by example
• -Has good oral and written communication skills
• -Able to communicate well with people in various levels of the organization (customers, business partners and internally)
• -Has ability to foresee market trends and immediately make the necessary adjustments in terms of changing plans and mapping-out new strategies to obtain desired goals/objectives
• -Has ability to improve current business processes/operations
