Job purpose:
Identifies and interacts with prospective clients, generates sales proposals, and provides services to existing accounts, ensuring quality and consistency of service and product deliveries.
Duties, functions and responsibilities:
* Operate within a specific territory.
* Persuades clients to buy our products and services.
* Promote products and closing of sales.
* Meet sales target/quota as established.
* Identify sales prospects and contacts as assigned.
* Establish rapport and maintain contacts with clients and potential clients.
* Build accounts and understand each account’s business and process.
* Make and follows up quotations. Negotiate and finalizes order.
* Monitor and coordinate deliveries. See to it that client’s expectation is met through quality checks and services.
* Identify and resolve client’s concerns/problems.
* Prepare variety of status reports, including quarterly sales performance, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity.
* Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned from time to time.
