Qualifications:
• With minimum of 8 years related work experience, has the ability to develop and execute effective marketing plans to achieve sales target
• Knows housing rules and markets, wide range of contacts
• Knows networks of brokers or has the capacity to develop teams
• Can uncover business opportunities and conduct market research
• Results-oriented, strategic and creative, attentive to detail, highly organized and can motivate and influence people
• Has a know-how on designing brochures, sales pitches & promotions, an advantage (bring sample of work)
