Job description :
Requirements:
Male / Female, with good management skills
Must not be more than 45 years of age
Preferably Industrial Engineering Graduate
Must have at least 5 years experience in the production and technical requirements of apparel manufacturing preferably in childrens wear and with at least 3 of these years held in a Supervisory/Managerial level
Must understand all issues related to garment construction and fit
Preferably with experience in lean manufacturing and ISO standards
Has good leadership and communication skills to execute and manage verbal and written correspondence with customers, vendors, co-workers, and subordinates on all levels
Should have good analytical skills and be able to interpret documents as well as write reports and policies
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
