Job description :
Role:
1. Conceptualize projects following design criteria and validated requirements
2. Able to conduct activity-based costing, cost-benefit and impact analyses of projects and programs
3. Able to coach and mentor quality improvement teams on project conceptualization, design, implementation and completion
4. Provide leadership role for colleagues through advanced knowledge in specialized field by forecasting, organizing, prioritizing, allocating and monitoring of project resources (people, materials, equipment, budget, space, etc)
5. Coordinate and provide feedback/status on work assignments to immediate superior and other people concerned
6. Establish standards and a work environment that encourages adherence to financial policies in support of financial programs in own area of specialization
7. Able to conduct comprehensive quality audits on performance and processes utilizing the 7 basic quality tools: Cause and Effect Diagram, Check Sheet and Brainstorming, Control Charts, Histograms, Pareto Charts, Scatter-plots and Stratification Technique
8. Exhibit an in-depth knowledge on Six Sigma and its application
9. Able to facilitate and conduct 6 Sigma trainings
10. Train and coach project teams in the proper use of Six Sigma process improvement tools and methodologies to ensure timely completion of projects
11. Explain and apply basic CDMA framework and telephony system
12. Demonstrate in-depth understanding of the company's QMS Framework and its relevance to achieving optimum performance in all levels of the organization
13. Integrate customer requirements on quality and productivity, diagnose customer behaviour vs. operational performance and elements, and recommend solutions using Six Sigma and quality tools
14. Understand the overall business, political and cultural sensitivities within the company.
