Job description :
Qualifications:
• Manages all functions of Back Of House and stewarding operations to achieve optimum quality level of food products
• Supervises daily kitchen production and catering operations
• Oversees special events and food promotion
• Develops new dishes and products, writes standard recipes
• Maintain accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold in the restaurants
• Well versed in financial management including profit and loss statement, forecasting, budgeting and achieving food and labor cost targets
• Knowledgeable in human resources administration, training and staff development
