Job description :
Major responsibilities include: • Financial Planning. The BA will “own” the planning and budget management function. Develop financial planning models of key business drivers such as number of customers, revenue by product and revenue by salesperson. Meet with business unit leaders to develop cost forecast for budget. • Financial Analysis & Budget Management. Compare actual revenues and costs to budget and determine cause of variance, if any. Serve as “CFO” to business unit leaders to help them understand the financial picture of their businesses. Draw attention to financial performance problems and suggest business solutions. • Business Intelligence. Collect, structure and analyze data on customer base and buying patterns to support decision-making about price and product policies. • Special projects. Assist in other projects for General Director. Examples could include Market Sizing, i.e. “What is the potential revenue in our addressable market?”

Qualifications :
Job Requirement: Years of experience: 3 year(s) Minimum career level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Minimum education level: Bachelors • Excel. High level of Microsoft Excel experience and skill, especially in creating financial models. • Quantitative Analysis. Likes numbers and able to see “stories” in numbers. • Accounting. Strong understanding of accounting principles. • Presentation. Able to create clear presentations of quantitative data in Powerpoint and Excel in a way that tells an easy-to-understand “story.” • Comfortable with Senior Management. Comfortable working with and presenting to Senior Management. (The BA often will work with the CEO and CFO of Navigos Group). • Independence. Comfortable working independently. • Initiative.
