- Handle group reporting and consolidation: Topaz, Magnitude for Moet Hennessy Vietnam Importation activities (2008 projected volumes going through MHVI: 16,000 cases of Hennessy products).
- Perform Treasury management for Moet Hennessy Vietnam Importation and handle transfer transactions between MHVI and TM/ JV Distribution.
- Assist Importation Director in performing procurement / supplier sourcing / bidding. Annual budget to be handled estimated at USD 1.5 million covering giftbox, brochure, pamphlet, menu printing and production, POS and merchandising display, cabinets and merchandising for outlets.
- Manage the POS inventory, flows and warehousing (POS inventory management has been transferred to MHVI).
- Maintain account payable: Create & maintain creditor database to SAP B1, check docs received from suppliers, update account payable position on daily basic, plan payment on due date ageing, monthly cash flow report.
- Maintain account payable: Create & maintain debtors database to SAP B1, control outstanding receivable and follow up outstanding to debtors (TM/ Distribution Co.)
