Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Object-Oriented ActionScript (Flash)
Deep experience with Flash Remoting and Flash- .Net integration
Familiar with source control (CVS, SVN) software
Experience with SQL and relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle.
Ability to work independently as well as work currently on multiple on-going projects.
Excellent English reading and writing skill
Familiar with XML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript.
Preferred:
Experience working with high traffic and/or enterprise level Flash-based application.
Experience with ASP .Net
Have a good sense of art, can use graphic applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw
Good English verbal communication.
Willing to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
