- Work with project managers and team members to provide professional recommendations for concept, design, art direction, production, and quality control.
- Define design criteria; develop concept and direction; propose, direct and create art and photography
- Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material
- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
- Develop design briefs
- Effectively communicate technical messages visually and rework diagrams and sketches into polished format
- Coordinate multiple projects and prioritize assignments
- Redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time and resource
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
- Produce accurate and high quality work
- Ensure deadlines are met and work effectively under pressure
