Job description :
Main responsibilities:
- Operating the Postpaid Billing System of Vietnamobile
- Working in Intec Managed Services team of Billing & IT Center of Hanoi Telecom Corporation
- Resolve technical issues on phone, mail from department of Vietnamobile, Intec and others vendors
- Raising the problem to relate vendors for checking and fix as it occurs
- Training other staff as needed
- Working in shift

Qualifications :
Job requirements:
- 3+ years experience
- Knowledege of Telecommunication Technologies
- Knowledge of Oracle Database (9i, 10g)
- Experience in working with Unix/ Linux OS
- Experience in system integration
- Hands-on experience in scripting languages
- Creative, Team work, good Communications Skills
- Knowledge of C/C++, Java
