We are looking for Senior Software Engineers with exceptional capacity to learn, adapt, and work with other team members to R&D a new innovative DMS (document management system) using business object concepts and structure and unstructured form identification and recognition technologies (OCR, ICR, CAR, LAR, Mark Sense, barcode, and MICR). Responsibilities will include designing and development of a DMS for front-end and backend system, adhere to strict deliver schedules, participate in the design/code reviews, coding, implementing, maintain, and troubleshoot software and aid in creating prototype/test applications.

Qualifications :
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field required
- 3+ years of working experience in software development
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational, teamwork, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in programming language especially C/C, VB and C#
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of users, support staff and developers
- Analytical, self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Commitment to the team work and the company
- Priority for candidates who has experience with DMS (Document Management System) and structural and unstructured form recognition technologies.
