Job description: Responsible: 1. Training • Execute annual plans and budgets aligned with training strategies. • Leverage modern technology and training methods to increase sales performance. • Develop sales management competences. • Develop trainer and support to develop sales rep competencies by conducting key programs: Customer targeting and territory management (in-class & in-field), Product knowledge update. 2. Sales Force Effectiveness • Establish/improve effective Sales system & process and implement to Sales Force. • Evaluate/analyse and recommend the appropriate incentive scheme to Business unit director. • Develop and deploy SFA system: - Develop & implement call plan & call report system - Coordinate with Marketing to ensure the delivery of brands’ key message to Sales Force properly - Coordinate with Marketing to develop the customer targeting process - Develop and improve Sales Dashboard to ensure key indicators are in place. - Develop call quantity and call quality reports in order to enable to track the effectiveness of individual Sales Representatives.
