1. Having knowledge about property management.
2. Clearly understand the M&E system, construction of the building to control the main facilities of the building as Pre & Pro task, and directly supervise the engineer department. To take over the engineer department operation if the engineer supervisor is on leave. (Directly control)
3. To be in-charge the safety of the building including Security, Fire emergency system, OSH.
4. Know how to work with the government officer in term of environment and safety as water, fire system, noisy etc...
5. Know how to work on energy saving cost.
6. Submit Monthly Report to the General Manager, the report including store consumption, utilities, safety & OSH, security, cleaning and others.
7. Handling guest complaint.
8. Co-ordinate HK department day to day operation, Supervision and take over in case of necessity. (Indirect control)
9. Co-ordinate and supervise FO department from day to day operation, Supervision and take over in case of necessity.(Indirect control)
10. Supervision security department.
11. Maintenance and upgrade the building.
