Job description :
Position summary:
• Under the direction of the General Manager, you will be a key driver of the Operational Excellence by providing industrial engineering expertise for printer cartridge assemble process, methods, manufacturing systems and technologies that will result in quality designs and manufacturing systems that are innovative, cost effective, and support plant goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead in continuous improvement efforts in products/processes to support plant objectives of safety, cost, quality, and service.
2. Review existing and proposed product designs for ease of manufacturability and make recommendations that will enhance the quality and producibility of the product.
3. Lead and participate in project team activities involving process improvements, value analysis, product transfer and startup, and new product introduction.
4. Support production floor in the review and analysis of manufacturing procedures, make recommendations for manufacturing methods and coordinate projects which will result in economical manufacturing costs and/or enhanced quality. Maintain project objectives and financial documentation.
5. Perform duties that utilize up-to-date tools and techniques in the areas of predetermined time standards, line balancing, simulation modeling, cost estimation, manpower planning, productivity, and continuous improvement.
6. Coordinate programs based on long range activity forecasts including analysis, justification and recommendations for facilities, equipment and/or manpower requirements.
7. Maintain a high level of technical knowledge in advanced manufacturing technology in the areas of plant productivity and product manufacturability.

Qualifications :
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Computer Skills (CAD Software, MS Project, Excel, World, Power Point, Email, Access, etc.).
- Operations Knowledge
- Safety/Environmental Effectiveness and Continuous Improvement Orientation.
- Planning and Organizing skills.
- Problem Solving and Analysis skills.
- Language: Vietnamese and English
