Job description :
Job description: * Do routine maintenance of instruments in appointed areas to make sure instruments run according to specifications and give stable and correct results. * Pay trouble shooting service visits to clients upon request to solve urgent problems with instruments. * Suggest necessary change of consumable and replaceable spare parts for instruments. * Receive new instruments from importers, deliver instruments to client and do training to users. * Handle product complaint of reagents and reagent application. * Support Service Supervisor to forecast spare parts for stock. * Support Sales Division to collect and evaluate information from clients and in the market including competitors and competitive products. * Other jobs assigned by Service Manager.

Qualifications :
Job Requirement: - University Degree in electronics, electronics & telecommunication, or automation. - A minimum work experience of two years with Lab equipments (HCM vacant) and Ultra Sound & X-ray (Hanoi vacant) - Good command of Vietnamese and English; - Good communication & customer service skills. - Good computer literacy; IT background is preferred, - Able to work independently under high work pressure;
