Job description :
Overall Purpose of the Job: • Assist all clinic clients with nursing care as requested. • To effectively maintain the highest level of client service standards through support of the clinic staff and providing efficient and consistent delivery of non-medical support services to clients.
 
Qualifications :
Job Requirement: • Diploma or Bachelor Degree or country equivalent. • Japanese Nursing Diploma • Post Graduate qualifications an advantage but not essential. • At least two years’ experience working as a nurse preferably in the fields of primary care, emergency and/ or high dependency units. • At least two years nursing experience working with Japanese patients. Work in a Japanese hospital would be an advantage. • Proficient in Japanese and English. • Customer focus • Quality focus • Compassion • Empathy • Punctuality and good attendance. • Have a neat and clean personal appearance. • Adhere to the company standard operation policy and procedure (SOPP) regarding uniforms.
 
Experience :
• A strong understanding of the client service process. • Attention to detail and problem-solving approach. • Computer literacy. • Customer service and good customer-handling skills. • Ability to interact with various cultures and at all levels in a multinational environment. • Ability to analyze / solve problems in a fast paced environment. • Multi tasking capabilities to accommodate a multi-unit organization. • Demonstrate a professional manner at all times • Have a friendly, tactful attitude to patients. • Show initiative • Demonstrate good team work with other staff.
