• The company is looking for a Customer Service Manager to be overall responsible for the Customer Service and Warehouse operations in Hanoi branch, and will have as an objective to ensure that consultants experience reach highest levels of service in terms of professional Customer Service interaction and timely delivery of their products.
• The incumbent will also be actively involved in Sales support functions to Sales Team for events, trainings, promotions & achievement of branch targets by ensuring complete operational support by both Sales Assistance and Warehouse team.
• The position reports directly to the Area Sales Managers, and will have the Sales Assistance Supervisor and Warehouse Supervisor.
• Customer Service Manager will work towards a perceived service that provides clarity for the customer as well as a warm and welcoming spirit.
