Job description:
- Prepare training materials (develop or translate).
- Deliver training to staff on the company's Spa treatment methods, products & selling skills.
- Propose training schedule and manage staff attendance.
- Responsible for training result: spa, products and selling techniques knowledge of the store staff.
- Write up reports, regular staff reviews and propose improvement or new training sessions.
- Attend to training organized by the brand in Vietnam or overseas.

Qualifications :
Job Requirement:
- Female over 26 years old.
- Graduate from professional training on skin care, cosmetics, body massage (e.g: certificate from medicine university school that authorizes to practice body massage).
- At least 2 or 3 years of experience in spa treatments.
- At least 1 year experience in training (or communication to others on specific product knowledge, spa treatment).
- Can travel in Vietnam
- Good communication in both Vietnamese & English.
- Passion for cosmetics, spa and training.
