Job description: As HR Director, the person will cover the following duties and responsibilities: - Report to General Director and other members of the board as required. - Manage all the human resource activities of the Group. - On boarding of new employees (including expatriation management). - Responsible for policy of salary and incentive, recruitment, training coordinating, motivation system, Human Resource files and other related activities. - Responsible and accountable for the success and implementation of the administrative processes. - Core HR skills in transactional activities. - Ability to implement and drive HR processes such as talent management and performance management. - Ability to coach leaders on the HR impact on business (recruiting decisions, engagement, leadership behaviors etc.). - Ability to lead a team of HR professionals, set objectives, prioritizes and follow up.
 
Qualifications :
Job Requirement: - Bachelor's degree or above in relevant field of study. - Successful experiences in a multi-national & multi-cultural company or large local company in HR leadership. - Able to work effectively in multi-cultural environment. - Strong sense of confidentiality and business ethics. - Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Achievement-oriented, independent, responsible and team player. - Bachelor degree in related field, master degree is preferred. - Deep knowledge of HR or relevant field. - Good written and spoken in English. - Good computer skills. - High calibre, ambitious, motivated, strategic and creative thinker. - Must be highly independent, energetic and team work spirit.
