* Main responsibilities:
- Build up the HR strategy in short and long term to meet developing requirment of the company
- Develop and manage HR policies and regulation, personnel management of the company
- Manage and control the Company’s compensation and benefit policies, employee relations, staffing, training, safety, labor relations and employment records
- Train and support for other departments about HR management and working skills
- Manage working process system the whole company
- Build up and develop, control HR policies, insurance coverage, pension plan and personnel transactions such as promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations
- Organize staff performance assessment program
- Coordinate with PR department to build and develop the internal PR
- Manage and control HR department effectively
- Represent the HR Department both internally and externally
- Consult the management board issues related to labor law, business, commerce...
- Manage administrative work, purchase & supervise all the facilities

Qualifications :
Requirements:
- University degree or above, major in Human Resources management, Law, Business Administration
- Have 5 years experience in Admin and HR Management and 2 years in similar position
- Have working experience in multinational companies would be an advantage
- Skillful in using MS office and normal HR software
- Knowledge of local employment and HR laws and legal requirements
- Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills
- Profound knowledge of strategies and execution processes to recruit, to train, to develop and to manage staff to required levels
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and management skills
