Job description :
As HR Manager, the incumbent will directly report to General Director and be responsible for:
-Manage all HR team
- Recruitment: identify and implement effectively company's current and future human resources needs to achieve its goals linking to business direction.
- Performance management: define and implement effectively performance evaluation and appraisal system linking to performance bonus and salary increment system.
- Career and succession planning: carry out career path development, succession plan, promotion/transfer implement, address turnover issue.
Policy and structure: review and implement HR best practice in policy, procedures, salary structure and allowance system. Set up the approval regulation in the company.
- Employees relations: conduct surveys and implement staff activities to improve working environment, working pace peace

Qualifications :
Job Requirement
- University graduate, Master degree is an advantage.
-At least 3 years experience in HR field of foreign invested company with relevant working scopes.
- Strong knowledge of labour code, Vietnam labour market status and trend.
- Good command of Chinese and computer skills.
