- Managing, training, motivating and mentoring a team of 4 to 5 consultants devoted to specific industry sectors, to not just achieve but to exceed profit targets in a friendly, dynamic team environment. The Consultants you will be managing are responsible for rigorous account management, searching, and conducting interviews of applicants in order to identify suitable top-managers for placement with our often multinational clients. You will lead your team to act as a trusted advisors, evaluating candidates and their references, negotiating salaries and conditions, and generally offering advice to both parties to ensure a smooth transition
- Your role includes a major business development component, marketing the company’s services and ensuring key account management is of the highest level.
- As part of the Team Management group, contribute to division and company development including relaying market information to maximize business opportunities

Qualifications :
Job Requirement:
- Graduates / post graduates of any discipline
- At least three (3) years sales management experience (customer service, sales or marketing would be ideal).
- Experience in an Executive Search environment would be an advantage but not a requirement.
- A willingness to learn in a result-oriented team environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- A person who possess good problem solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills who can bring a well researched perspective to both the client and the candidates.
- Someone who is able to motivate a team to reach individual and team targets.
