HR strategies and policy
HR planning, recruitment and selection
HR development.
Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation labour relations, and employee relations.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program;
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements;
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating HR policies and procedures.
Reliable Consultant for Top management, External and Internal Partners
about labor law, human resource planning, equal opportunities
and recommend needed changes.
Report directly to Deputy General Director and Administration Manager.

Qualifications :
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in any fields
- Minimum 5 years experience in the similar position of HR in foreign manufacturing company
- Good knowledge of HR, labor laws and familiar with auditing job from customers
- Good knowledge of performance appraisal. Ability to negotiate well with employees
- Hard working and high responsibility to process integrity, diplomacy and persuasion
- Demonstrated knowledge and competence in Human Resources work
- Professional Human resources management and development capability
- Self-motivated, resourceful with good managerial possibility
- English speaking and writing fluency
- Good planning and organization skills
- Ability to work independently & under pressure.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point,...
- Strong and dynamic personality
