Job description: • HR strategies and policy • HR planning, recruitment and selection • HR development. • Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. • Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures. • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation labour relations, and employee relations. • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors. • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating HR policies and procedures. • Reliable Consultant for Top management, External and Internal Partners… about labor law, human resource planning, equal opportunities … and recommend needed changes. • Report directly to Deputy General Director and Administration Manager.
 
Qualifications :
Requirement: - Bachelor degree in any fields - Minimum 5 years experience in the similar position of HR in foreign manufacturing company - Good knowledge of HR, labor laws and familiar with auditing job from customers - Good knowledge of performance appraisal. Ability to negotiate well with employees - Hard working and high responsibility to process integrity, diplomacy and persuasion - Demonstrated knowledge and competence in Human Resources work - Professional Human resources management and development capability - Self-motivated, resourceful with good managerial possibility - English speaking and writing fluency - Good planning and organization skills - Ability to work independently & under pressure. - Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills - Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point,... - Strong and dynamic personality - High sense of ethics and responsibility
