Job summary:
The incumbent will take part in the recruitment & training activities and coordinates details of training programs, internships and orientations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment
1. Screen, shortlist the applications/CVs.
2. Conduct the interviews and other necessary recruitment/selection activities.
3. Follow up on recruitment status.
4. Report on recommended candidates.
5. Work independently as well as closely with the team to meet the target.
6. Maintain and develop relationship with employment agencies and recruitment networks.
B. Training
1. Assist in designing, preparing for, conducting and evaluating training programs, developing training materials, building relationship with local hospitality schools and universities.
2. Coordinate the set up of training room and support the trainer(s) during the training session.
3. Maintain a list of outsource contacts, relevant training courses available in the market and conduct research / survey when required.
4. Process internship requests and coordinate intership programs for students.
5. Ensure training files are in order and accessible
6. Translate documents from Vietnamese into English and vice versa.
7. Conducts orientation for new-hire rank & file.
8. Act as teaching assistant / assistant trainer for training courses as needed.

Qualifications :
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in English/Hospitality
- Fluency or advanced level of English.
- Computer literate.
- Aggressive, sociable, pleasant personality, well-organized, customer-oriented and result-oriented.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Experience in hospitality is a plus
