Legal Counsel - Telecom Networks, Hanoi, Vietnam

Job description :
Responsibilities: As Legal Counsel, the jobholder will cover main responsibilities as follows: * In-house legal counsel in a reputable multi-national telecom. Company, legal transaction support to other Asia Pacific platforms will also be required where necessary, cross-boarder business travel will be required. * Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements and other legal documents * Providing legal advice for the operation of the company * Participating in contract negotiations * Resolving industrial dispute and lawsuit and international arbitration * Legal research and providing legal training for the Company’s other departments * Coordinating with external counsel and liaising with customers in the preparation, negotiation and completion of all legal documentation with respect to all legal practice areas such as telecom law, IP law, IT law, contract law, commercial law, company law, criminal law, employment law, immigration law, Incoterms2000 and relevant laws etc.

Qualifications :
Job Requirement: To be considered for this job, the incumbent should meet following requirements: •Bachelor degree in law or above, •Good knowledge of company law, contract law, and international commercial law and dispute resolution, international education/training is an advantage •Having gained in-depth legal knowledge and be good at dealing with litigation and arbitration •03 years or 02 years if educational background is outstanding •Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a strong commercial acumen •Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills •Good team spirit, able to work independently, able to deliver jobs within tight date line •Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook etc.
