Qualifications :
Requirements:
• Master of Law, Certificate of Legal Practice
• At least 5 years of legal exposure in which 3 years in similar position in international Law Firms; in Investment/Securities companies or Investment Banking
• Good knowledge of foreign investment regulations in Vietnam (especially equalization and privatization)
• Experience in State regulations of Securities market
• Good English Communication skills (verbal and written)
• Computer Literacy
• Good evaluation and judgmental skills, good recall and cross referencing skills, Legal drafting skills, good interpretation skills, etc
