System & Compliance Officer, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Job description: • Responsible for evaluating and monitoring the Factory’s production facilities and control procedures to the new and existing factories • Conducting Social Compliance Pre-Audits/Follow up Audits including Labor Standard, C-TPAT and Country of Origin issues to the new and existing factories • Communicate with relevant Departments to monitor the firms and factories to follow up the necessary improvements in order to meet customer’s requirements • Provide and release all the related reports, Manuals and Standard documentations • Responsible for visiting the factories in Vietnam, Cambodia and other factories in the South-East Asia. i.e. Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand, etc.

Qualifications :
Job Requirement: - Higher Diploma or above in garment technology and relevant studies - At least 5 years relevant experience in compliance and garment production of Woven, Knit and Sweater - Experienced with System & Control Procedures, technology and quality - Good knowledge of Social Compliances, Human Rights, Laws and Regulations - Proficiency in spoken English, Vietnamese and fair Mandarin - Experience in English report writing is highly preferable - Good team player and able to work under tight schedule
