Job description: - Weekly monitoring compliance in factory side, find out the weakness and make an action plan to improve - Make report and plan to improve then submit to Manager - Handling compliance system in sub-factory. Making conduct of compliance in sub-factories according to buyers' requirement - Checking monthly payroll and overtime payment before salary day - Participate in Compliance Evaluations by customers to present factories’ compliance system
 
Qualifications :
Job Requirement: - More than 3 years of experiences - Good knowledge of social / health & safety compliance with USA buyers. - must have good knowledge in local labour law and related decrees. - Good English is a must. - Flexible attitude with strong communication skills. - Must be willing to perform assigned duties related to general affairs when required.
