Working with all departments of the company in the development
Designing and implementation of construction projects from conception to totally completion Following up the timely formation and efficient control and management of a Project Management, Design, Quantity Surveying and Construction Team by establishing Project Procedural Guidelines and Policies or imposing those policies which had already been established by the company Make sure that the design and construction works are carried out in the highest level of quality, following commitments to clients, based on contractual obligations, on-time delivery, in a safe manner and within the approved budget.
Manage daily activities of the Project and make sure that it is running properly and smoothly
