Responsibilities:
Our client is seeking the best candidate will cover main responsibilities as follows:
1. Corporate
- Communicate and implement policy per local law
- Work with community (Universities, local agencies,.. etc) to promote and recruit talents
- Communicate Head Office on progress and issues
- Promote branding of the company
- Communicate and implement the corporate policies and philosophies.
2. Liaison
- With government agencies
- Trade bodies – Chamber of commerce, Industry associations
- US Consulate and other embassies for visas
- Networking to keep abreast of latest developments in the industry.
3. Statutory Compliance
- Company law
- Federal and state taxes
- Labor laws
- Exchange control regulations as per State Bank of Vietnam
- Import and export regulations
- Maintain statutory books of accounts
- Preparations audited financial statements
- Registrations and furnishing of periodic returns to various to various Government bodies.
4. Operations
- Liaison and development of vendors
- Contract management
- Implement process for smooth and uninterrupted operations
- Liaison with various offices of the company around the world for smooth flow of work
- Implement and adhere to safety processes.
5. Facilities
- Plan and setup the facilities
- Upkeep of facilities and assets
- Security and safety of facilities
- Plan and provide proper utilities
- Plan and provide proper capital equipment & resources for different BUs within the company.
6. Human Resources
- Forecast and obtain necessary approvals
- Recruitment
- Create and implement general processes and policies
- Plan branding and other promotional measures to attract and retain talent
- Market survey to provide compensation package
- Training
- Liaison with universities and recruitment agencies to attract required resources
- Plan and implement performance reviews
- Plan progression of human resources
- Motivate to retain staff
- Manage attrition
- Implement welfare activities.
7. Budgeting and cash management
- Forecast proper budget for various functions
- Plan proper cash flow to meet all expenses
- Meet periodic H.O. reporting requirements
- Review of budget versus actual
- Maintain operations within budgets

Qualifications :
Requirements:
To be considered for this job, the candidate should meet following requirements:
- B.S, M.S or equivalent degree in computer Science, Information Technology to related to engineering disciplines
- Must be good team player and must have a passion for success.
- Must be proactive, highly accountable, and customer services oriented
- Strong communication/ presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
- Knowledge of semiconductor Industry and Finance
- More than 10 year of management and leadership
- Experiences in multicultural international working environment
