* Lead and monitor the personnel in Project to make sure them work effectively & timely
* In charge of making periodical report to Board of Director
* Study customers ‘requirements, analyse & make plan
* Provide support and problem resolution; collaborate with teams to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction.
* Project Management, Work Breakdown, manpower and quality management,
*Prepare, Review, guidance all Japanese or foreign document to make sure correction.

Qualifications :
Job Requirement:
* University degree or above in University
* Good knowledge & experience in project management…
* Good written and spoken English or Japanese is a must
* Well-organized and at least 3 years of BPO management or leadership experience (leading at least 5 staffs)
* Good sense of teamwork or independently and responsibility, initiative, hard working
* Be able to go for business trip in abroad.
* IT knowledge would be a preferable
* Good communication (speaking)
* BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) experience would be plus
* Japanese and Foreigner apply also be preferred.
