Job Scope:
Responsible for the long-term strategic planning of the organisation. Monitors achievement of operational and financial results. Also responsible for growth and market coverage to accomplish the vision of the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Identifying and translating business priorities into strategy map, specifying issues, objectives and strategic themes.
- Set objectives, performance indicators and priorities for the various divisions.
- Fully accountable for ratings, revenue and profitability of the channel.
- Exploit market, competitor and customer information to drive the strategic management process and activities.
- Take proactive action to identify and assess threats to current businesses from consumer trends, competitive actions and changes in market dynamics, etc.
- Creating a governance process to ensure compliance.
- Collaborating with shareholders’ companies to identify opportunities for synergies and further development.
- Cultivate strong relationship with key stakeholders like relevant government bodies, key ads agencies/advertisers.
