- To ensure the identification of potential key account customers, wholesalers and distributors in line with the sales and marketing brand strategy.
- To develop and manage a channel specific portfolio of key account customers and a geographical specific portfolio of wholesalers through the negotiation and implementation of specific brand, investment plans and commercial policies.
- To achieve the budgeted volume and customer penetration levels through the delivery of excellent commercial partnerships.
- Manager the execution of brand proposition, through an effective implementation plan by team of HVB sales representative and promotion staff, in a way that deliver competitive advantages in the market.

Qualifications :
Job Requirement:
• Man, 29 - 45 years old.
• Graduate in Business studies preferred
• Minimum 6 years broad-based sales experience with significant administrative skills, gained in a multinational company involved in the manufacture, sales & marketing of FMCG brands.
• At least 2 years experience in the same position or team management.
• Good command of English, confident to communicate with foreign management
• Honest and hardworking
• Self confident, able to work with customers, wholesalers and dealers independently.
• Be an excellent representative of the company and always provide good services on behalf of the company.
• Be a role model for the sales team, find out the competence and requirement of each team member, guide, support and motivate team members to keep improving. Analyze and evaluate performance.
• Create a fair working environment.
• Open-minded, keeping good relationship with colleagues, dealers and customers.
