As Plant Director, the incumbent will cover the following duties and responsibilities
• Set up company structure (organization) according to direction of development in business scale and professional.
• Effectively manage production responsibilities for all manufacturing operations in the facility as well as all facility Staff Supports Areas.
• Set up operation procedure of all departments according to ISO standard.
• Monitor marketing and sales activities of the company in both local and foreign market.
• Manage and develop strategic customers and suppliers.
• Involve in recruitment, training, doing orientation, evaluate performance of subordinates.
• Set up and improve human resources policy to use labor force effectively.
• Set up and maintain business culture.
• Attend other tasks assigned by the Board of Director.
