Job description :
Responsibility:
1. Set up company structure (organization) according to direction of development in business scale and professional.
2. Set up operation procedure of all departments according to ISO standard.
3. Monitor marketing and sales activities of the company in both local and foreign market.
4. Manage and develop strategic customers and suppliers.
5. Supervise and monitor production activities based on LEAN method.
6. Involve in recruitment, training, doing orientation, evaluate performance of subordinates.
7. Set up and improve human resources policy to use labour force effectively.
8. Set up and maintain business culture.
9. Attend other tasks assigned by the Board of Director.
