Job description :
As Marketing Director, the candidates will cover main responsibilities as follows:
- To promote commercial development project;
- Deeply understanding and have experience in Property, Real estate, Retail market: need, demand, expectation, trends, etc;
- Full experience in manage portfolio, commercial business development issues;
- Strong networking with internal and aboard investor;
- Have experience in deal with foreign partner;
- Report, Discussion and deal with BOM;
- Will recruit, training local staff later;

Qualifications :
Job Requirement:
- Both Vietnamese and Expatriate;
- Familiar with Vietnam culture, local market; 5-10 years staying Vietnam;
- Prefer candidates who have studied aboard;
- Excellent in English;
- Good at Presentation, negotiation and communication skills;
- They will promote their project from Q3.2009.
- Dynamic, powerful to lead the Marketing team in Vietnam;
