Job description :
- To promote commercial development project
- Deeply understanding and have experience in Property, Real estate, Retail market: need, demand, expectation, trends, etc
- Full experience in manage portfolio, commercial business development issues
- Strong networking with internal and aboard investor
- Have experience in deal with foreign partner
- Report, Discussion and deal with BOM
- Will recruit, training local staff later

Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Familiar with Vietnam culture, local market; 5-10 years staying Vietnam;
- Prefer candidates who have studied aboard;
- Excellent in English;
- Good at Presentation, negotiation and communication skills;
- They will promote their project from Q3.2009.
- Dynamic, powerful to lead the Marketing team in Vietnam;
