Job description :
Responsibilities:
As Marketing Manager, the jobholder will cover main responsibilities as follows:
- Formulating an annual marketing plan and annual budget for marketing for the company and dealer.
- Market analysis and positioning
- Regular reporting of financial results, marketing activities and competitive activities to the management and to the sales organization
- Create and implementing of marketing plans to achieve required market positioning
- Responsible for Retail price and margin positioning, in cooperation with Sales Manager.
- Preparation and execution of the marketing cycle plan for the company.
- Monitor and coach on the execution of the marketing cycle plan with our dealer.
- Follow-up on marketing actions on a cycle basis
- Purchasing and inventory control of branded stationary, giveaway’s and sales promotional’s
- Together with the Sales Manager and the Brand Manager to create and implement product trainings and training materials for the sales organisation
- Researching, tracking and updating the Directors on all political and economical issues in Vietnam, mainly related to car industry as well as changes in the competitive environment for vehicles in Vietnam
- Acting as contact person with the supplier on marketing and business management tools – N-CAM, NSSW etc.
- To be involved in model planning and pricing development.
- Actively and regularly seeking feedback and input from the sales organization for the marketing activities, competitor information and stock management
- Keeping up-to-date knowledge on relevant company products.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years active sales experience in the Automotive Industry
• Minimum 5 years marketing experience, preferably from one of the leading Distributors
• Good analytical and Communication skills
• Ability to impact and influence managers, peers and employees
• Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit
• Proven ability to plan and execute
• Planning and organizing
• Drives continuous improvement
• Secures follow-up and results
• Efficient problem solving
• Fluent in English & Good at Computer skills
