- Draw up business plan for sales departments
- Monitor sales team to achieve sales target
- Build up a good relationship with the company’s current customers and develop new ones
- Ensure all staffs under supervision are trained as appropriate, qualified to conduct activities required by the company.
- Ensure smooth cooperation between sales, overseas agents and other operation departments provide adequate resources for respective department to ensure work performance.

Qualifications :
Requirements:
- University degree in foreign trade or Marketing or Business or Business English or Maritime
- At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding (air freight and ATA certificate will be advantages)
- Good understanding of sea freight, airfreight, logistics, customs
- Good relationship with airlines, shipping lines
- Interpersonal skills & presentation skills.
- Creative & proactive mind.
- Strong analytical skill and ability to see the strategic view.
- Good leadership skills with strong initiative to carry out tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Good communication skills and command of English in both written and oral.
- Open knowledge in sales, analytical skills, data processing.
