1. Sales Management:
- Visit potential and existing clients to capture sales lead and analyze client’s needs
- Advise customers to have best training solution for their firm
- Project requirement analysis, product promotion
- Proposal preparation
- Pre-sales preparation, sales presentation, negotiation of sales contract, conversion of prospects to customers and provide after sales service
- Implement sales strategies to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Supervise sales personnel, co-ordinate activities and directs their effort towards meeting projected sales target
- Gather market and competitor information
- Advise Marketing Manager to create a suitable marketing plan with sales strategy so that the company can achieve the best business results.
- Develop and maintain budget
- Corporate with Training Manager to run smoothly training courses
- Prepare sales reports (sales forecast, sales activity)
2. Corporation Sales:
- Make a list of potential customers and arrange the meetings with the customers
- Provide the training courses face to face at the customer office including course counseling
- Handling request and get information from the customers
- Process request of customer based on the customers’ needs
- Maintain an awareness of all training courses and public courses and deliver those information to customers.
- Maintain customer relationship (key person)
- Responsible for making weekly, monthly plans. Implement and commit with working plan
- Communicate customer requests to management.
- Assist and support when conducting the training course (if need)
- Other duties that may be assigned by Team Leader or Department Manager from time to time.
3. Public sales:
- Provide help desk services at front office including courses counseling, through a combination of one-on-one appointments, e-mail, online advising and public presentations;
- Arrange placement test;
- Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements and deliver that information to Clients;
- Recording Client information in CRM System;
- Maintain petty cash when requested;
- Receive cash and charge payments and issue receipt;
- Communicate Client requests to management;
- Giving information to the public about courses available at Skills Group;
- Sending reports and correspondence to Clients
- Dealing with Client complaints and passing them to the next level if necessary
- Conducting feedback with clients periodically
- Consult with classes before end of course about re-enrollment

Qualifications :
Job Requirement:
• Qualifications: BA in commerce or sales marketing.
• Experience: at least 1 year experience in related work.
• Skills: communication & interpersonal skills; strong sales negotiation skills; attention to details and excellent time management skills.
• Ability: creative, outward-looking, confident, capable of bringing new ideas to the practice groups and teams, excellent writer and communicator.
• Computer skills: MS Office applications and Internet.
• Languages & level: Good written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese.
