Job description: • Defining brand image and create brand strategy, marketing campaign, priorities & budget for the department as well. • Organize events, promotion and special programs. • Determine market trend, price, and competitor information. • Supervising advertisement content and graphics. • Create a client database. • Recruiting & training marketing staff. • Report to Board of director

Qualifications :
Requirement: • University degree, preferably in sales/ marketing or business commerce. • Self-motivated and customer focused with good presentation and negotiation skills. • Good communication skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Work well under pressure. • Able to plan on a short & long term and to meet deadline. • Minimum two years work experience in the same position • Experienced with foreign management will be advantage. • Experience in hospitality industry is highly favourable. • Good relationship with media & advertising agencies. • Aggressive & sensitive. • Must be computer literate and familiar with appropriate software programs. • Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written). Third language skill is an advantage. • Proven database collection and management ability
